Please do not submit sensitive personal data through our contact form.
4. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data through the following means:
- Directly from you when you complete our contact form, send email to [email protected] or [email protected], call our Buona Vista office or visit our Metropolis studio.
- Automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse contentcircuit.life, subject to your cookie preferences.

- From client representatives who provide contact details of colleagues involved in content programme delivery.
5. Purposes of collection, use and disclosure
We collect, use and disclose personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to content circuit enquiries, editorial programme requests, corporate content retainer discussions and general inquiries submitted through our website or email.
- Scoping, delivering and administering content programmes, editorial sprints, fixed projects, circuit retainers and advisory sessions.
- Managing editorial loop workflows, publish rhythm coordination, editorial calendar updates and content performance loop reporting for active clients.
- Processing invoices, maintaining financial records and fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Improving our website, understanding aggregate site usage patterns through analytics cookies (where consented) and maintaining site security.
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations under Singapore law, including ACRA reporting requirements and responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
- Protecting our legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, enforcement of our Terms of Service and defence of legal claims.
We will not use your personal data for purposes incompatible with those described above without notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.
6. Legal bases for processing
Under the PDPA, we rely on the following bases for processing personal data:
- Consent: Where you tick the PDPA consent checkbox on our contact form or explicitly agree to specific processing activities.
- Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or take pre-contractual steps at your request — for example, scoping a content programme proposal.
- Legitimate interests: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests — such as website security, aggregate analytics and B2B outreach to professionals who may benefit from our Singapore content agency services — provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Legal obligation: Where processing is required to comply with applicable Singapore law.
7. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients, subject to appropriate safeguards:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the servers on which contentcircuit.life is hosted.
- Email and communication service providers used to deliver and receive business correspondence.
- Analytics service providers, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Professional advisers including lawyers and accountants, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Subcontractors or freelance editorial specialists engaged to deliver specific content programme deliverables under contractual confidentiality and data protection terms.
- Public authorities, regulators or law enforcement where required by Singapore law or a valid legal process.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share personal data with wellness coaching services, personal transformation programmes or unrelated marketing list brokers.
8. Cross-border transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA. This may include contractual clauses requiring the recipient to implement appropriate security measures and process data only on our instructions.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law:
- Contact form submissions from enquiries that do not proceed to engagement: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Client engagement records, programme documentation and billing data: duration of engagement plus seven years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
- Cookie consent preferences (cc_cookie_consent): six months from the date consent was recorded, after which the cookie banner will reappear.
- Server logs and security records: typically up to 12 months, unless required for incident investigation.
10. Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These measures include access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel, secure hosting infrastructure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for data transmitted through contentcircuit.life and staff awareness of PDPA obligations.
While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of personal data transmitted to us online.
11. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to exceptions under the PDPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request access to personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed within the past year.
- Correction: Request correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, understanding that this may affect our ability to provide certain services.
- Data portability: Where applicable, request a copy of personal data you provided in a commonly used machine-readable format.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with sufficient detail to identify you and the personal data concerned. We may request verification of identity before processing your request. We aim to respond within 30 days, or inform you if an extension is required under the PDPA.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the PDPA, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) of Singapore after first giving us an opportunity to address your concern.
12. Marketing communications
Content Circuit may send occasional email updates about editorial programmes, service format changes or content marketing insights to business contacts who have engaged with us or consented to receive such communications. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. We do not send wellness coaching content, personal transformation messaging or get-rich programme promotions — our communications relate exclusively to professional content marketing and editorial programme services.
13. Children's data
Our services are directed at business professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
14. Third-party links
contentcircuit.life may contain links to third-party websites such as social media platforms or partner resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or business operations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on contentcircuit.life or, where appropriate, by email to active clients. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where further consent is required under the PDPA.
